At Milk & Blush, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair extensions, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for hair that has been removed from the hygiene seal or worn.

Return Process

  Before opening your full set, use the tester strand included in the package to check the color and length against your natural hair.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your hair extensions in their original box, ensuring the hygiene security seals are intact and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at your nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
